We’re Nick and Zak, two local contractors who decided to turn a passion into a business. For years, we’ve spent our evenings, weekends, and free time remodeling our own homes, helping friends and family, building decks, finishing basements, and taking on projects that challenged us to learn and grow. Somewhere along the way, we realized this wasn’t just something we were good at — it was something we genuinely loved doing. Construction has always been part of our lives. We were both raised by fathers who worked with their hands and taught us the value of hard work, doing things the right way, and standing behind what you build. Now we’re taking that foundation and building something of our own with SB Homes KC. We specialize in remodeling, renovations, basement finishes, decks, and home improvements throughout the Kansas City area. Our goal is simple: provide quality craftsmanship, honest communication, and a great experience from start to finish. More than anything, we want to build a business our families can be proud of and show our sons that hard work, honesty, and treating people right still matter. We’re excited for the opportunity to serve our community and look forward to sharing our projects, before-and-after transformations, and the journey of building SB Homes KC.
